We are looking for professionals to work with us on short-term assignments outside the European Union. We expect the following features and qualifications in our project staff:

• minimum Master's degree,
• minimum 5 years of professional experience in one of our activity areas,
• experience to work in an international team,
• knowledge of the policies and procedures of international donors,
• fluency in English or French or Spanish, other languages are an asset,
• sensitivity to cultural differences.

Non-EU citizens are also welcome to work as local experts in their home country.
